Hokkaido potato snacks 50g

100% potatoes from Hokkaido Tokachi Mimuro, made only with salt and vegetable oil. Salt uses mellow and tasty salt made from groundwater in Miyakojima. It is a gourmet snack which is a stick type material faction enjoying the potato flavor and color as it is. I used potatoes with different colors, "Northern Ruby" for red, "Kita Murasaki" for purple and "Toyoshiro" for white. Potato's red color and purple color are due to a kind of polyphenol anthocyanin.
